Good Morning Loves + Happy Thursday to you 💕 As we get closer to the start of the National Stationery Show, I can’t but help to share this friendly reminder; it’s Stationery Not Stationary. 😊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💜 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Today’s PSA is brought to you by Truth, Love + Compassion: Stationery Not Stationary. The word Stationery, as it applies to paper: invitations, note cards, letterheads, pens, and all the likes. I, e. I design Stationery (This is what I do). And not Stationary; where this applies to standing still, not moving, fixed in position, and or unchanging, I.e, a lamp post, a doorframe, a store. Got it? Cool beans 😃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I realized that because the two words are so close phonetically, that it’s easy to mix up them up. However, it is important to realize the difference between the two when spelling and usage in proper context. Especially if you’re 1) a Stationer and 2) a wedding professional, and 3) Everyone else. 😊 **Please note that the intended purpose of this PSA is to enlighten, support, and bring clarity to all.
