Family Time!
In this day and age, the human society is progressing rapidly on various fronts. Many modern technologies were invented by human such as cars, computers and Internet, and the efficiency in business transactions and production has been greatly enhanced. But advances in technology lead to our pace of life much more faster than before, people have no enough time with their family.
Everybody’s experience of depression is different. I want to promote my idea of positive energy and help depression without drugs. Depression have to find something that they enjoy the make them feel good. When we were young life was easier, right? I know sometimes it seems that way. When we grow up that we commonly think of stress as too much mental or emotional pressure. Stress can affect how you feel ,think and behave as well as how your body works, because your mind and body constantly interact. A lot of people want to go back when everything was simple. But the truth is life still is easy. It always will be and please keep going than you will find the wonderful place you never been.
