I don't know, it looks convincing enough to me. Intimidate works as intended. Who knew this piece will get a sequel anyway?
Anyway, this is actually a new kind of shading I just recently tried for this kind of style. Instead of just shadows below, I thought I add some highlights to achieve the light reflecting from the ground below.
