Sapphire, Malechite, Bloodstone, Biotite
send me a crystal and i’ll tell…
sapphire: if everyone my muse knew was hanging off a cliff and they could only choose three to save, the rest certainly dying, who they would choose?
Ienzo would save Even and Aeleus, no doubt about that. Who the third person would be depends. I’m tempted to say Myde for obvious reasons, but their relationship is nowhere near that point. I’m also tempted to say Lea but his feelings regarding the redhead are a mess nobody’s willing to deal with tbh. If Ansem the Wise was one of the people it might be him?
I'm also tempted to say Kairi but I don't have one to BROTP with yet cries.
malachite: what my muse as a child thought they would be when they grew up
Ienzo was – and still is – certain that he’d become a scholar like Ansem, Even and Xehanort. He grew up surrounded by books and science was a large part of his upbringing; it’s what he’s always known so there’s never really been anything else to consider. Who knows, he might’ve turned out a different person entirely had he not been adopted by the Apprentices. Nevertheless, learning and discovering are what he’s passionate about – scholarly may not have been the path he chose for himself, but it’s the one he chose to remain on.
bloodstone: how my muse sees himself as part of the world at large
The world at large is a pretty broad definition Kingdom Hearts universe-wise. Since Ienzo is aware of the existence of multiple worlds, having lived in two himself and visited many more, I suppose he realises that he’s only a small piece of something much bigger. Because of all the things he’s guilty of his opinion of himself isn't very high. —-Though in a way it does put him on a pedestal in his mind, or so to speak. The Emblem Heartless are partly his doing and many worlds were lost to the Darkness because of what he did – not to mention the Organization’s actions later. Ienzo is one of the bad guys who caused a lot of grief to a lot of people and he knows it.
biotite: the biggest problems my muse is currently dealing with
Having a heart and dealing with everything that comes with it. Being free to experience and recognise emotions, both negative and positive, when he hasn't had any practise or proper guidance in over a decade isn’t easy. He’s having most trouble coming to terms with negative emotions such as guilt, grief and fear. He hasn't even touched upon the anger that’s been simmering underneath the surface since forever, yet.
