Two loves come together as red hot enigma ilo ilo offers up a remix of Absofacto’s Dissolve that gives us a fresh twist on the beloved hit from the Michigan singer songwriter. Dissolve has been a favorite of ours for years, and we’re infinitely glad that it’s been going through a revival of sorts as of late, as all and any attention and love is well deserved. Mysterious electronic project ilo ilo imbues the traipsing tune with whizzing synths and balmy trickling beats on the smooth jolting edit. I find myself more excited than ever at the chance of catching Absofacto live again when he opens for SHAED at the Independent in San Francisco on November 1st!
