Life in the Burrow has been interesting the last week or so... the AC died!!! It is super hot outside! I moved into the guest room because it has a ceiling fan, and then added three more...... Playing with my new Zebra Mildliners and my Tombow mono drawing pen. I waited until I got the new set of mildliners to start adding color to my mood tracker. Those are crazy weird to get used to because of the different shape of the tip. I didn't have control because I was getting used to it, but I haven't had so much fun in a long time. As I worked with them I started learning how to angle my hand to get thinner lines or thicker lines. It was just so much fun! I also knew that I could go back in with the mono drawing pen and fix anything that really messed up. Once I started using the pen, that's when I discovered the best part of it. There was no smudging! People were not kidding when they said that you can draw with the Tombow mono ink pen and then add color. In the second picture I added the color under the word "gratitude" after I had used ink. The dual brush did not pick up any black in its color!
