Cas was human now and came back to you his wife and his and your little girl Delilah he loved you both more than anything in the world. Tonight, though something went wrong something broke the traps in your house and a demon was inside Cas instantly grabbed your daughter as you grabbed a knife.

“Mummy’s going to go deal with something so daddy’s going to take care of you” Cas whispered holding his daughter close to his chest as you killed the demon Delilah began to cry she was often scared with out you.

“It’s ok mummy’s here baby” You said scared you couldn’t find the broken trap Cas hugged you tightly as you kissed your daughter’s cheek you were safe now he was home, and he wasn’t going anywhere.

Why can I see your wings?

Ever since you met Castiel you could see his wings big, black and soft looking you didn’t know what to think of it. You asked Sam and Dean if they saw anything like it, but they couldn’t you wondered why only you could see them.

It was another hunt with the boys ever since your father died your mother sent you with the Winchesters after she couldn’t handle anything she soon died after that getting herself killed in a hunt so now here you are with the Winchesters. It was a vampire’s nest and Cas joined along you watched his wings as they twitched slightly every now and then they fascinated you.

“Y/N?” Dean asked you blinked nodding at him he frowned you always acted strange around the angel.

“We’ll go around the back you two go in front” Sam said you nodded Sam and Dean heading behind the building you and Cas headed to the front area. You noticed Cas’s wings stretch one going behind you curling slightly to go around your left side. You frowned he was standing beside you one his face stern.

“I’ll go in first” You said he nodded not really liking the idea but agreed you opened the door the vampires gathered around a fire a human chained up. You snuck around them and began to kill them one by one their heads came off with Dean and Sam joining. You went to the chained-up person and cut the chains but turns out she was a vampire too you felt something pull you back as Cas pulled you to his chest his wings around you protectively as he cut the things head off. He breathed heavily looking around for anymore he must have realised he had you still in his embrace as he let go embarrassed Sam and Dean looking at him totally confused.

“Let’s go” Cas said walking out you were still blushing at the sudden contact. Cas didn’t speak a word a you went back to the hotel you were all staying at you went to your room saying goodnight to the boys Cas watching you leave. You had a shower and got ready for bed laying awake sleep not wanting to take over.

“Cas” You said quietly, and he appeared his face full of concern.

“What’s wrong?” He asked walking over to you. You sat up hugging your knees.

“I-uh why can I see your wings?” You asked he froze but cleared his throat sitting down.

“Well some humans that are special can see an angels wings” Castiel said you raised an eyebrow you couldn’t see any others just his.

“I can’t see anyone else’s just your Cas” You said to him he sighed looking at the ground.

“Y/N you are my soulmate” He explained you were the one to be frozen with shock now. His soulmate? like an actual soulmate?

“But why? How?” You questioned confused.

“You just are Y/N angels have soulmates also and you are mine” He said a small smile on his face.

“And I would pick anyone else” He whispered you blushed but smiled.

“You’re beautiful when you smile” He said making your face redder. He sat besides you on the bed as you looked at the cover embarrassed. His fingers went under your chin gently tilting your head up. You looked into his sapphire eyes as he investigated yours leaning in placing a gentle kiss on your lips. You felt small shocks go through your body his lips soft and warm. He leant his forehead against yours as he pulled apart his wings fluttered slightly making you let out a small giggle.

“What?” He questions smiling also.

“Your wings” You said watching them.

“Do you want to touch them?” he asked you nodded blushing still he brought his wing over and you pet the soft feathers.

“They’re so soft” You said he chuckled at how amazed you were.

“Will you stay with me tonight?” You asked quietly.

“Of course, love” He said making you smile giving him one last kiss.

Don’t do that again damn it

Cas being human now it was more dangerous for him and he had gotten hurt in a hunt you said to the boys not to take him, but they insisted making you mad. Now Cas was bleeding with a deep cut on his arm you sat him down your mind racing you should have been there protected the man you loved you will never admit your feelings but that didn’t matter. You grabbed the first aid kit as fast as you could and lifted his sleeve up you poured alcohol on it making him hiss. You said a small sorry and grabbed the needle to stitch him up. You did it slowly as his face contorted in pain.

“I’m sorry” You mumbled finishing. He had another cut on his face making you grab another cotton bud pouring more alcohol on it. You dabbed it slightly cleaning up the blood, his eyes watched you carefully your face full of worry and anger. You caught his gaze stopping your actions you had watery eyes you cared so much for him and you knew you couldn’t. You quickly turned around trying to hold back your emotions.

“Y/N?” He asked getting up.

“You should’ve stayed” You said turning to him a tear rolling down your face.

“Why are you crying?” He asked wiping it away.

“Because I love you Cas” You cried at him crossing your arms over your chest.

“You love me?” He asked you nodded but already regretting your decision. He grabbed you tightly embracing you, you melted into his embrace wrapping your arms around his torso holding onto him for dear life.

“I love you also” He whispered you smiled against his chest.

“Don’t do that again” You said into his chest.

“I’ll try not to” He said kissing your head he felt bad for making you worry so much he was going to be more careful from now on.

Tea? Really?

You were in bed sick with the flu it sucked your body feeling like it was just going to give up, but you tried to soldier on doing things around the bunker. Cas came down scaring you as you were cleaning the dishes.

“What are you doing out of bed?” He asked.

“Stuff” You said your voice dry. He clicked his fingers and the dishes were done.

“Bed” He said you sighed nodding you couldn’t be bothered arguing with the angel. You both cared about each other different then he would with other people, but you didn’t know what you both had but you didn’t mind him being here was enough. He followed you making sure you were in bed, he leant against the door crossing his arms.

“What” You mumbled.

“Your pushing yourself Y/N” He said with a sigh sitting on a chair in your room. You scoffed.

“Cas I’ve been through worse” You said he glared slightly at you.

“You need to rest do you want something to eat?” he asked your stomach grumbled in response.

“Please” You whispered he nodded his face softening. He came back with a tray of soup and tea.

“Tea?” You asked.

“Yes, its herbal and good for your flu” He said placing the tray on your lap. He sat on the other side of the bed as you sipped the soup. It was delicious as a small smile crept on your face.

“This is good Cas” You said he smiled slightly proud making you chuckle. After you finished you yawned.

“Anything else Y/N?” He asked you shook your head slinking down the bed leaning on his lap closing your eyes.

“Stay please” You whispered he nodded placing his hand in your head playing with your hair. You slowly drifted to sleep the angel by your side.

Ever since you found out Cas was your soulmate he’s been even more protective of you, you were the youngest Winchester. Him and your brothers were going on a large case saying you needed to stay making you cross your arms at them. They didn’t say anything not going to argue even though you wanted to. Cas gave your forehead a kiss looking you in the eyes worried.

“Please be safe” He said you smiled nodding.

“Ill be fine Cas” You said putting your hand on his cheek he sighed closing his eyes leaning into your touch he was like a puppy.

“Get a room” Sam chuckled Cas glared but gave you one last kiss before he left with he boys. He called you ever night for two weeks asking how you were and if you were ok it warmed your heart to have someone care so much. When he came back he didn’t stop hugging he watched a movie with you giving you sweet kisses every now and then. At night he cuddled with you being the big spoon holding you tightly in his arms he knew you were going to be ok, but he liked you in his arms.
