I know I talk about my weight loss a lot and people are probably annoyed or sick of it, but I am so damn proud of myself. The first few photos were times that I was at my heaviest (which I think was 320 in the first photo) I lost some weight and then I stopped trying for awhile because of lack of caring of myself/ “trying to accept myself” and I couldn’t accept myself no matter how hard I tried. I couldn’t lie to myself and say that I was attractive, healthy, or happy. I felt like garbage. I was depressed and anxious and my quality of life was terrible. I laid in bed all day/night and just binge ate until I could fill whatever void I had. I was so fake happy trying to feel okay about myself when really I was so insecure and constantly worried about what others thought. I’m definitely not where I want to be, but I’ve lost almost 50 pounds and I feel so unstoppable. I have so much more confidence, my posture is better, I am no longer dealing with depression and my anxiety is probably only 1/4 of what it used to be. Kickboxing has honestly changed my life and I’ve only been doing it for two months! I get so emotional when I talk about my weight because it’s been such a struggle because of my PCOS. Ideally, I have 150 more pounds to lose, but even if I lose 50 more pounds I would be over the moon ecstatic. If you have any questions on kickboxing or weight loss feel free to ask me!
