where do u watch all these cool old movies... i can find silent and early talkies on youtube easy but i need MORE

yeah those are easier to find on youtube, though honestly there’s a LOT there if you search well enough, a lot of foreign movies and a /lot/ of horror too. i recommend searching by playlist! as for me i prefer to d*wnload so i can take screencaps, i either t*rrent them or dl rar files. i talk about it here :-)

i kno that one post of u talking abt unions is a few months old but i cant find anything online supporting whether or not barnes and noble employees have unionized so i would like to start one. how i do that?

So as far as I know, no Barnes and Noble has unionized yet -- which just means yours could be the first. As for how you do it, I’ve written a little about that here, if you want to check it out. 

And I’ll also add that any time you have a large company with no unions yet, that’s a sign that they probably have a fairly effective anti-union playbook. So be extra careful about keeping things off management’s radar. Legally, they can’t fire you for union activity, but an anti-union campaign can still kill your chances of success if it happens early enough in the process.
