Me overhearing news that someone may have been shot while running from police and later died of their injuries: omg that's awful
Me finding out that someone was the guy who shot up the Danforth: good. Fuck that asshole, he shot children. He deserved worse.
Honestly though, I love the Danforth. I've had meals with my family in the restaurants where people were shot. I'm so sad for the families who lost children last night, and for the injured who will never fully recover, for the parents sitting in Sick Kids hoping their little one will make it and for all those who were affected and I'm so so tired of kids in this city being shot.
