I love Fridays.....the one day of the week I get to sit quietly and drink a HOT cup of coffee in my favorite Paris mug from my sweetie....got my workout in early this morning and now I'm taking a break from laundry and cleaning out the overabundance of toys my girls have before I have to run and get the little ladies from school ( and YES, these are Valentine Lularoe leggings and I think they are adorable!) 5 minute 800m 4 sets of 20 leg press @ 70lbs 3 sets of 20 crunches 3 sets of 25 sec. straight planks 3 sets of 25 bicycles crunches w/8lb weights 3 sets of 15 straight crunches w/8lb weights 3 sets of 20 curtesy lunges 3 sets of 20 front lunges 3 sets of 20 side lunges 3 sets of 20 squats (All of these weighted with a ten pound ball) 3 sets of 15 abductors @ 70lbs 3 sets of 15 arm raises front & side with 8lb weights 3 sets of 20 sec planks (all sides) 5 min 800m This is what I do for 50 minutes 5 days a week and more if I felt I slacked the day before.
