we’re hopping on here to announce that this week there will be no activity check, as we would like to open up a discussion about the continuation of our roleplay. after a few weeks of remaining open, our admod team has realized that the roleplay had not gained the traction we were expecting to, which is why there is/was such a delay on our initial founder’s day event. as to point out the elephant in the room, yes, part two of our event had not happened due to an underwhelming response to the opening of our roleplay. the event was intended to have a choose your own path part, which was meant for a group of more than 10 members. however, as fall semester hit for many of our members, it became clear that part two was just something that would be a bit overwhelming for the group in general.
our admod team has worked hard on this roleplay, and we appreciate everyone who has joined us in our journey thus far. we have so much planned for the overall plot of this group, but we are also realizing that the lack of activity, both for current and potential newcomers, may be something that is out of our control. since we’ve spent a lot of time dedicate to world building and plot development, we would hate to see ilsang and the potential of its current muses go to waste, which is why we are opening up the floor for feedback from our community.
ilsang is intended to be a roleplay geared towards the plot development of the community itself, which is why we would like to hear about what would intrigue future and current members to continue to write with us. for now, we are pausing activity checks and allowing our members to freely write their muses as we discuss what the future of ilsang may look like. as we’ve stated, our admod team does have a lot of plans for the future ( memes, a halloween event, overall plot development ), but we would not want to continue the roleplay without our lovely community. hence, if anyone would like to leave their personal feedback, please comment or message the admod team. thanks for sticking around with us and being patient as we trudge through the busiest time of the year!
