Hey your Jake fic was really good! I enjoyed reading it:) But the age gap to me was a bit iffy…? I think I would’ve ignored the fact that reader was 18 but once I read the fact she was still in highschool it rubbed me some way but hey, it’s just fiction!😭 and I still read through it without a complaint, so who am I to really complain anonymously? This isn’t hate to you at all I love your work this is just a small rant, doesn’t mean you have to change what you write and how you do it, I’ll still read it lol

i get what you are saying and you are completely right, it does come off very weird because it is. i am a very strong opponent to dating or seeing someone much older, especially at the life stages they are in the story.
that's the effect i wanted it to have. maybe i should have added in the warnings like unethical behavior and morally grey characters (imma do that and thx for pointing it out) and I really like writing with these kind of things in mind because i just really think that there is something so powerful in being able to write things, especially fanfiction, in such a dark and real way without sugarcoating it. (sorry for the yapping session that somehow turned kinda deep)
again, this kind of stories are not gonna sit right with everyone and i completely get it AND I ACTUALLY REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE YOU AND LOVE YOU FOR BRINGING THIS UP SO WE COULD HAVE A RANT!
