same anon here. and i agree with everything you said. ilyong got better and better and i was hoping to see more of him but still we got great moments with him. on that note, what are your favorite moments of him on the show?

I Have SO many favorite ilyong moments..... personally besides junho, ilyong was the best thing about 1n2d. I think my favorite moments have to be 1) when he was trying to squirt whipped cream under junho’s nose so they could make that a target and he didn’t fucking do it right because he kept aiming it up junho’s nostril hahahahaha fuck! so junho got so pissed and was like “HOLD IT DOWNWARDS!!!!!!” 2) when defconn chose him to do extreme sports which was riding on that giant floaty and getting dragged behind a motor boat. eventually both of them fall off and the driver has to yank him back up onto the boat and the caption was like “he is fighting for his life” or something like that HAHA “his soul has left his body” it was so fucking funny. 3) when jongmin and joonyoung tricked him into carrying that fucking cardboard box fridge up the mountain and halfway in he’s like “wait... why am I doing this?” 4) this was before he was even a PD but when they locked junho, joonyoung and jongmin in the heated room and the only way they could get out or get refreshments was to beat ilyong at games... and he sat out there in sunglasses eating corn while waiting for them. 5) that episode where he fell asleep during filming while all the members were talking about something and everyone was like “does this kind of person even exist, he’s so rude???” HAHA  I can write a 45 page essay on ilyong I love him so much I have many fond memories of him...

Ilyong didn’t even receive the award during the kbs awards for 1n2d this year so if we needed any clearer evidence of him wanting to leave... and two years? or a year back when he DID go up and accept the award he already looked like he had jaundice so you know what.... Ilyong... I love you but you should go and travel the world. go deep sea diving (because he is a LICENSED scuba diver), eat good food and jus not have to sit in the editing room to edit shid. not to mention he and the members had to go through filming during the time joohyuk passed away and he’s continuously mentioned how terrible and upset he felt during that time and how it was the most painful time of his life. his instagram has always been so filled with life energy so I want him to keep on doing that forever even if it means I won’t see him on 1n2d :(

ah fck !!!!!!! I’m watching the newest episode of 1n2d 8 minutes after the subs have been released because I love them !!! and the teaser for this week was really intriguing like someone is here lol. anyways, first literal moment ilyong already shows up on camera n he’s just walking but I !!! LOVE !!! HIM !!! I’ve missed him so much gosh !!!!!!!!

I really...... love 1n2d so much, like an unimaginable amount. I’ve always known but after their months of inactivity did I realize that my life support is literally connected to the livelihood of the program. I know that sounds dramatic but thats how I fucking feel. I am out of this world ecstatic about them coming back like I cannot believe god loves me this much and by god I mean ilyong. they haven’t filmed a “new” episode as in something that they didn’t film prior to the strike for a long time n all these upcoming episodes are probably just delayed releases but do I care ???????? no ?????????? I love them ???? honestly, you all know but I’ve actually missed ilyong so much............ like too much really......... n the fact that he posted on his instagram a cap of the show as he was editing it is god-tier ilyong level of love. I haven’t even seen his face in the episode but I can hear his voice n I’m literally like........🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

for @marks-hyung these are all the times (which I could find) that ilyong appears both as the directing team staff n main PD of 1n2d (+ my favorite episodes)

prior to his main PD position 

summer retreat part 2 - he appears throughout the whole episode as a member of the directing staff participating in the quiz n crying contest lmao !!! (the episode alone is so fucking funny like the staff vs members is actually so hella funny n they follow it up with their summer horror special)

backpacking trip - his part shows up @ around 1:10:00 where he drives up the steep hill to challenge the members to a game of human zero (when he gets out of the car in all white n subsquently bumps his head onto the car door......... he’s so fuckin hot)

teacher all star special - 3:10 n 18:12 where seulgi n him are waiting 40 minutes for jongmin to get to the right destination. he shows up for like 4 whole seconds but thats enough

seollal in seoul - hes there for the first 30 minutes where he’s part of the male group in the game show lol n he DANCES n his hair is so fucking flat lmaoooooooo but he’s so funny.

relaxing trip part 2 - they play a game (30:40) where the members can’t blink when ilyong throws a ball @ their face lmaoooooooo.

the manly trip part 2 - ilyong gets viciously seasick when he has to go fishing with jongmin n junho n they film him throwing up n laying on the boat (1:34:40)

gangwon-do inje and goseong new year special part 2 (1:10:21) +  icheon, gyeonggi-do - ilyong is forced to go fishing again with jongmin n junho n in the first one they SELECT him n he’s like.........so depressed lmao !!!!!!!! n in the second video, he shows up early in the first part where they actually go fishing.

summer heat escape trip part 2 - he shows up @ 57:15 where he has to sit outside the boiling room they trap joonyoung, junho n jongmin in for the night n he sits outside guarding n playing games with them (an iconic feat)

so those are all the episodes (from what I recall) where ilyong shows up within season 3 only. there are probably more but thats all I remember for now. as for my favorite episodes DURING which he was the main PD....... I love them all. ilyong does something in every single god damn episode but some of my moments are:

future heritage tour in seoul part 1 - (36:32) where he very innocently reads something off of a card where members are suppose to pick from n they catch him n he’s like OOPS !!! he’s soooo cute there

future heritage tour in seoul part 3 - (1:05:59) there is a full cut of this on youtube labelled junho keeps his promise but because junho has to run a marathon, ilyong has to go alone to film. he brings this mini car for donggu to ride in to make fun of junho running but it stops moving n he has to push it up the hill lmaoooooooooo (n this is also where ilyong calls junho hyung) 

big mouth one day tour - (7:03) where he has to smear whipped cream on junho’s face but he kept on getting it up his nostrils

last minute heat tour - (21:51) lol he fucks with junho n sprays water all over his head n he’s like “lol I’m sorry it was an accident” then nearing the 32 minute mark he becomes the editor for junho, joonyoung, taehyun’s music video n he’s SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fucking hot there holy balls. he’s so sophisticated and casual......

to be completely frank, there are over 2 million scenes of ilyong that I’ve loved and replayed but this is where I’ll stop. I like ilyong in every single episode to date but these are the ones recently that come to mind. I think he does something funny n memorable in every episode haha I love him
