Can't believe I have to say this but:

As many of my mutuals know, I love 9-1-1 and heated Rivalry, I wanted to say my input on this: it's weird shipping the actors in real life, there I said it, especially in the heated Rivalry fandom like oh my gosh we can't have nothing because the moment we get to enjoy something guess what? Weird fans have to open their big mouths and have to make things just so weird, like with hudson and Connor like I get it their best friends they care for each other but does not mean people have to go around harassing these people and on top of that all while Hudson is in a RELATIONSHIP HELLO!!!

And I have been seeing people ship Ryan and Oliver, again weird, then people especially the buddie fans wanna have buddie happen and complain that it doesn't. Shipping the characters in the show fine okay cool ship whatever you want, again IN THE SHOWWWWW, people shipping the actors in real life is not gonna get them what they want in the show if fans keep this up, and forbid the moment a actor puts boundaries up and wants respect and for people to back off all of a sudden the actor is rude, the actor is the jerk here and they're the rude one, erm no a lot of u fans are the weird ones.

Again my opinion and my inputs, I just feel like the way people get so obsessed with these people and start just babbling things it ends up ruining things for the rest of the fandom and fans who are actually trying to enjoy the show(s), and then they don't end up getting what they want because they ruined it for themselves and everyone else, I love Hudson and Connor but these are grown men by the way, so is Ryan and Oliver, they are allowed to have boundaries and not agree with something just because you're a fan!!!

Hope this helps put some common sense into some of your guy's heads:)

He's sober, but then he has no reason not to be. The cigarette in his fingers though is an almost permanent fixture. Originally there had been plans for him to come here with a recent boyfriend of his, but the relationship like so many before and after had ended. The trip at least had still felt like a good idea afterwards, a reason to get away afterwards and see some new faces and places.

So he was not expecting to see that particular face. One that felt almost uncomfortable in its familiarity. "Приветик," He said drawing the 'hello' out trying to be annoying. Based on their past few meetings he can't imagine Ilya would be happy to see him. <What are you doing here, Ilya?> He asked still in Russian.

Shane whimpers a little as he lays underneath him, breathing hard. The feeling of Ilya drinking from him is always so good. It feels unlike anything he's ever felt in his life, giving him a kind of ecstasy that he can't describe. How did he ever go without this? How could he ever live without it again? He closes his eyes, fingers clutching Ilya's curls, practically limp in his arms, but it feels good. It feels nice to just let go, to let his life be in someone else's hands. Ilya wouldn't hurt him. He knows that much.

"Sh-shit, I need a break," he asks weakly, patting his shoulder. "Just a little bit."

Shane tries to sound irritated, but it falls flat. He huffs, takes a sip of his beer, props his feet up on Ilya's lap. Well, at least he feels more relaxed than he has in a long time. The All-Star games don't ever have any real pressure besides bragging rights, of which Shane thinks he has enough to last him for a lifetime and then some. "We just, um..like I said, not compatible. She was really nice, but it just...kinda fizzled out? I dunno."

Well, duh, considering the fact that he's gay, but he hasn't told anyone that yet. "Stop smirking. C'mon, Rozanov. You can't pretend to feel a little bad for me?"

He hadn’t expected him to do that. When they had kissed it had been furtive and quick. For once though were alone and could afford to be alone for awhile. He knew he was blushing his shoulders hunched slightly because Ilya was shorter than him even though they were younger and still growing.

He didn’t even want to pull his hand away from Ilya’s grip or mouth. But he did gesture with his free hand to his mouth. “Here.” He said quietly he wanted to be kissed there too.

The text was sent over an hour ago, but they were in different timezones, and he'd had a game that night. Ilya was in Ottawa, and he was in California, meaning it's almost 2AM for Ilya before Shane even gets back to his hotel room, sees the text. Why was he awake so late? Unless...

[ TXT ] -> Ilya : Like what? [ TXT ] -> Ilya : Why were you awake so late? Were you watching the game?

Because he assumes (hopes, really) that Ilya has gone to sleep by now, that he won't answer a text at 2:12 in the morning. Shane finds West Coast games more exhausting, win or lose, just because the time difference fucks up his sleep schedule. It shouldn't also mess up Ilya's too.
