Blog (After)

I just finished my last blog for the course Exploring Digital Media (IM 260). I have learned so much throughout this class about digital media in today’s world and how I can use digital media in the future. This blog has taught me how to update my friends and business associates about how things are going and what kinds of projects I am working on. I have really enjoyed the opportunity to make a blog and other social medias in this class and I am excited to apply the information that I have learned in the future.

I am starting a blog for the class IM 260 that I am taking this semester at Saint Cloud State University. I will be blogging about the things that I am working on for this course and posting updates about how things are going and how I am accomplishing all the major assignments in this course. I will be posting about assignments like making a twitter account, writing a research paper, and more.

Research Paper (After)

I just finished my research paper for the class IM 260 that I am taking this semester. I learned so much information on the topic of how technology affects fitness in the world today. My favorite part of the paper was making a survey that I could get feedback from anyone who wanted to answer the questions. That really gave me a good example of what people are thinking in today’s world of fitness. I got to learn what types of technology people are using and who its helping them accomplish their fitness goals.

Research Paper (Before)

Today I am starting my research paper. In my IM 260 class, I get to create a research paper about how technology affects fitness in the world today. I love the fact that I got to choose my own topic for this research paper because I am excited to learn more on this topic myself. I am going to search scholarly articles to find information along with conduct a survey that will give me good feedback on what athletes think about technology in fitness today.

Twitter (After)

I just finished my Twitter account. I was surprised how different it was to use a professional account rather than a personal account. I have had a personal account for a couple years but learning how to use a more professional account really taught me how to communicate in a professional way and how to make my tweets more appropriate for a professional setting.

Twitter (Before)

I am working on my twitter account for my IM 260 class this semester. I get to learn how to use a professional twitter account in a business setting and learn how to communicate using twitter and social media with other business professionals. I’m excited for this opportunity to learn a new skill that I think will continue to be involved in the business marketing world for many years to come.

Infographic (After)

I just finished my infographic and it was much easier to create than I thought it would be. There are many websites that can help anyone create an infographic and I thought this whole process was a fun one. I am excited now to send it out and see what people think about the results.

Infographic (Before)

I am working on my infographic today. I am excited about this because I learned so much from my survey results and I want everyone who took the survey to be able to see the results and find out the information that I found out. I am just not sure which website I am going to use for it. I have never made an infographic before so this should be exciting.
