Here's my late night, absolute nonsense prediction as to how Buddy might return back to being a human.

I think, at the end of the season, he will fall into a full jar of Narratonin, and the original villian key will heal itself like Silver did, and Nox will be human once more. Since there is at least three jars of Narratonin cirrculating the universe, one of them can be used for Nox and the og villian key, Onyx.

ryomina is an impossible relationship dynamic for me to explain because how do you define the relationship between a boy who died after holding Death for so much of his life and the Death he held that now watches over him. they are hopelessly in love yes but thats too simple an explanation for a duo that simultaneously have only known each other for a month and have known each other for a decade. who are best friends and on opposing sides. who are a boy and the eldritch horror that's dogged his every step since he was a child
