I need a fic where Reader, usually super happy and excited about things. Comes home after maybe a week visiting family and they're just angry and exhausted, they don't even respond to texts from Miguel, (cuz they don't wanna bother him with their problems iykyk) Reader feels shitty and like a loser, and a burden (mommy issues go crazy lol) and they just ignore texts, don't post anything or even visit. They just shut themselves in.

And ofc despite calling them annoying all the time hes[Miguels] gotten use to the ridiculous texting and the jokes and memes Reader always sent him so..he's worried (But he'll just say Jessica or Peter was the one who noticed, not him ofcofc, he didn't notice..why would he?)

So he visits their home to see if they're at least alive and fortunately they are but they look like they'd rather be anything but, sooo..he convinces them to let him stay under the excuse of wanting to make sure they weren't sick.

And idk, Miguel maybe asks the wrong question/or says the wrong phrase without meaning to/ or just asks a simple "Are you sure you're okay?" And Reader just fucking. Breaks down :)) like they're trying SO hard to not cry in front of him cuz they feel dramatic and they're apologizing for being dramatic and YA KNOW.

He's just there :)) helping, assuring them, they aren't dramatic..they aren't being childish and he doesn't know what got them to this point but he's there and he wants to listen to them.

So he holds them and let's them cry and he even asks them questions about the things they like to distract them and just :))) yeah!!!!
