for the Ghost Kings... are they clowns? Yes, for sure, however they're the type of clown that you get at, say, cirque du soleil, with lots of pathos and where they're heavily themed, heavily skilled, and between all the buffoonery you're sure it all means something.... but damn if you know what exactly that's supposed to be.

also you need to be just a little bit afraid of them because you got the vague sense that they could possibly kill a man
