Heyo. I take commissions (info) which are sort of like requests where people give me money in exchange for art so that I can pay my bills and buy food. I do not take free requests, sorry.
If you want to throw general ideas at me (particularly for fanart) go for it, though I rarely have time to do things I’m not getting paid for. But if an idea REALLY INSPIRES ME then it might happen (just don’t count on it).
