Regarding the dub, I saw a post in the “osomatsu san dub” tag that clarified things a bit. It said “According to Kyle McCarley, the Mr. Osomatsu dub has been held up due to issues with getting it approved; they had to go all the way back to where they started and redub and re-translate everything from scratch as plans changed and it was decided to do everything different. He said that last summer, so who knows where they're at now that they had to start over”
