When I started my fitness journey, I did it for ME--I wanted to feel more active, to lose a few pounds, and to feel more like ME! Once I started coaching, I realized I LOVED helping people realize their potential, learn healthy habits, and feel happy and confident in their bodies! THAT is my motivation now, that is my reason for coaching! This month my #fitfam has: -lost 10 pounds -fit in clothes that haven't fit in YEARS -bought new pants because the old ones were loose and saggy -saw a baby bicep -learned meal prepping -stuck to daily workouts for the first time ever -learned to love working out at home -bought a two-piece for the summer These accomplishment are AMAZING to me, and knowing that I helped give the little (sometimes big) push they needed to reach these goals and more is incredibly fulfilling!
