I'm not proud of this piece, at all. I'm only uploading because I feel like this motivates me to do more work, and actually getting to painting again, eventually. I intended it originally to look like a girl from a movie I recently watched, was extremely confuses by, but loved the character she played. If you're wondering, it was a movie called Tale of Tales, and my favorite character was Princess Violet of the Highhills. She was naive, sheltered and wanted to marry a man her father picked out for her, which didn't bode well for her because, well, he forced her to marry an ogre over a stupid guess/wager or whatever. The point was that she was the only character in the movie whose characterization I liked. I wanted to draw something about her, but I've not been doing good in that department right now. It's really hot right now, which makes me want to do nothing. And I don't want to paint in my room because the fumes + heat = bad idea. I'll probably end up trying to do something with my older projects and trying to get those finished. Also, I'll probably try to do more black and white paintings because I have more B&W paint, and my colored paint is smaller, I'll probably run out of some soon and I can't replace them at the moment.
