New fill setting that will cause the image to fill the entire width of the stack.
When fixed size is used, the image will be scaled up/down to fill that exact size. This could be useful for defining retina background images.

New settings to let you defined a fixed size for the Image Safe. These settings will not scale the image. You will need to make sure the image is the same size.
Cleaned up some of the code a bit.
After I submitted v1.5.0 two mins ago, I realized that I did not force the fixed sizing. So now they are forced with !important.
