How do you make the top thingy that above the the gifs? I wanna start doing that for my imagine but I have no idea how

Tbh, I use Microsoft Paint to make the rectangle. I just figure out how big I want it and then fill it with paint. I save it and put it in a program called Photoscape to add the words, but you could probably use any program like that!
