    Laid out on his stomach in the middle of the bed, Theo crossed his arms beneath his chin and breathed a sigh of relief at the moment of relaxation Dracien had granted him. Though he hadn’t said it directly, Theo had eventually caught on to what he was doing and he found it rather sweet. Never before had anyone visited him at work like this to spend casual time together and offer him a break from a night of pleasing his usual clientele.

    Just as he’d been moments from drifting off, he caught his name and peeked at his drunken friend who seemed to be rambling on about something Theo hadn’t been paying attention to. After some careful consideration of his words, however, he slowly came to realize that Dracien was actually talking about him -- using ‘ Theo ’ and ‘ cute ’ in ways he’d never thought possible.

    Burying his face into his arms, it took him a moment to calm down and wipe the dumb grin from his face before he lifted his head and asked -- face still red --, “Do you really think I’m that cute?” He may have just been trying to get him to repeat it, though.

          It was rather late within the hours and Keiko had been tending to the garden in the back completely unaware that their feline guardian displayed themselves in the front window to watch the people passing by. With the door being unlocked, Lilith was tasked with keeping watch too of course. They were a popular sight for the kids that would wander by, but parents push their child away insisting that it was no such place for children. Lilith liked the attention. If only they’d be allowed inside. Keiko hasn’t pet him in 30 minutes and they weren’t allowed in the garden thanks to the types of flora tended to there.

Over the last few weeks, Koda had grown increasingly irritated with how much and how often Jeremiah put himself down. Maybe it’s a trigger point for some sort of fucked up sad part of his own childhood. He knows he barely made it into a version of a vaguely functional person who could manage responsibility and raising his own twin (and be raised by her, in turn). 

Despite having spent more time with Jeremiah than he’s ever even spent with one of his semi-serious boyfriends in the past, he knows he doesn’t know much about him. Not for a lack of trying or anything. He’s not quite willing to give up the friendship, even if he does tease and flirt with the older man, so he can’t just walk away when it gets fucking hard between them.

His almost non-existent temper had sparked though and he pinned the shorter man to the wall so that he could snarl his anger and tell him to shut up. “You are more than that bitch-” He’s cut off by the hissed swear, barely noticing that something is off in his gaze. Koda stumbles backwards a couple steps at the hard shove and catches himself with the corner of the table before it gouges into his hip.

“Don’t fucking touch me, faggot.”

The slur shouldn’t mean much to him given that it’s in English. But English, Japanese, Spanish -- it didn’t matter, it was the intent and malice behind the word. Koda’s face shuts down; an unreadable, cool mask sliding over his features. He’s good at that. He’s always been good at not letting people know him or get closer than he wanted them to be, except for this one fucking man who barely wanted his friendship let alone his touch -- definitely not his touch.

“No. You did,” his words are cool and detached. Obviously Koda’s been lying to himself, that Jeremiah was just afraid of wanting another man. He’s been an idiot. Koda heads for the chair that his jacket is draped on and shoulders into it to leave, grabbing his cellphone and wallet from where they sit on the counter. There’s nothing more for him to say or do except leave.

His heart beat in a manner that he could feel. He had never thought he would find his soulmate, or rather, had assumed it didn’t matter. Commitment was never going to be in his cards. Or not something he had considered too much. No one had ever taken his attention enough to dedicate his time to them for more than a week. Then there was the sex work. But then again, maybe it was irony that two whores found soulmates in each other.

Worick’s soul-mark was bright icy blue and silver, the curves shaping themselves low on his abdomen, just above where his hips narrowed. It wasn’t like he had hidden it on purpose. The commentary his clients had made about him how strange it was for him to have a dual-coloured soul-mark was common, yet he didn’t care. 

The matter of soul-marks was a weird topic anyway. A single mark would dictate who you spent the rest of your life with. His father had found his ‘soulmate’ in a prostitute. Who had then died when Worick was born, breaking his mind. It was all fucked.

“I didn’t mention it because it doesn’t matter to me. I don’t do love,” he admits his truth easily enough without any passion. He’s not looking to hurt Aneko, just let him know what he’s in for.

Worick had just managed to get into a pair of sweats that ride low on his hips while Aneko found coffee to settle himself down. His touch is so damn gentle, he’s not quite sure what to do with himself. His hand reaches out to snag Aneko’s, gently squeezing before releasing it.

“How are you the worst soulmate? We’re both shit -- we can be the worst together.”

He’s bored. And when he’s bored he generally finds trouble to immerse himself in. Whether it’s petty thieving or scoping out an expensive human treasure, Kuronue generally finds a way to keep himself entertained among humans. 

He’d thought to try a new club and had danced a little bit, but there was no one to catch his attention overly long. A few hands brushed through his long, nearly-thigh length hair, but accidents tended to happen even with it pulled into a high, thick tail. Murder for accidental touch would cause more trouble than he liked.

Just as he considers abandoning the club, a strong aura catches his attention. His violet-blue eyes nearly glow with the multi-coloured lights flashing across the dance floor and his gaze shifts until he settles on a form draped rather comfortably in the VIP section. A grin comes to his mouth, fang peeking momentarily before he heads for the stairs, charming the bouncer into letting him slide past.

He’s escorted to the figure and, yes, this was the fun he’s looking for. “Mind if I join you?”

“Yeah, I dunno if you noticed,” Len grumbled, seeming to not even notice how he leaned into Haejin’s touch, “But you’re kinda sittin’ on my dick. It’d be kinda hard to get off with you in the way.” Not that he was complaining. Len liked having Haejin there, feeling the warmth of Haejin’s body, feeling delicate fingers running through his hair. The sexual frustration kind of came with the territory, really. Haejin always seemed like he wanted nothing more than to rile Len up.

It usually wasn’t Luna’s thing to break into people’s houses but drastic situations demand drastic measurements. It’s already dark outside when he manages to sneak his way into Kyosuke’s penthouse, grateful he was able to make some elderly lady believe he lived in the building and forgot his key. Why she didn’t question how he’d get into the apartment just by being let into the building in general he would never know, but it wasn’t important to him anyway since it meant he didn’t have to climb up the outer walls to reach his destination. The only important thing was the fact that he successfully unlocked the door without breaking the lock and was now leisurely sitting in Kyosuke’s armchair, petting one of the cats living in the penthouse. When the model finally entered his home (Luna had meanwhile helped himself to a nice cup of hot tea.) did mismatched eyes leave the cat and refocus on the front door.

who do they most regret meeting?

there’s a couple unnamed npc’s from his story that he held a long grudge againist;  the kits that bullied him and then threw him to the oni.  but those are all either missing or dead, by his own hands no less, so...  no more grudges?

who are they the most glad to have met?

i think saying his brother  ( considering they haven’t grown up together it counts fight me )  or his mate is way too simple of an answer??  which is why i’m gonna go with  @skyhunted‘s  medusa and  @lachalaine‘s  jackie because boi!!  he loves these girls, he gets along with them really well and they both understand him??  honestly both bring out the worst out of them, and each a different best.  it’s not often that someone doesn’t mind his more violent side, and even indulges it.

do horrible dad jokes and puns count?  because that’s his Thing.  nothing exact in particular, his favorite changes every couple days.  right now he’s losing his mind over a  ‘buoyant boy ant.’

he’s actually more of a listener at first when he doesn’t know the other person.  he doesn’t draw attention to himself, i mean he has no problems starting a conversation and often  does it,  but it’s mostly with the intention to get the other person to talk about themselves and he then goes from there.  he’s rather private, and decent at making ppl think they know a lot about him while they really don’t.
