I don’t care how old I get or how many amazing shows I’ve watched over the years. Spongebob has been and will always be my absolute all time favorite cartoon. I remember getting in trouble in the 3rd grade because I was obsessed with it and rehearsed entire scenes in the back of the class. That was 19 years ago. I still say “AHAHA AHAHA AHAHA IT’S A GIRAFFE!” One of my closest friends and I still bond over the endless catchphrases from the show. Stephen Hillenburg, you made one of the most iconic cartoons of my generation and for that, we thank you.
