Day 13 of 21 Day Fix workouts is with Dirty 30. I love that this is a total body workout. I had a “cheat” meal on Friday and I felt it during the workout but once I got about ten minutes into the workout, I was amp up the intensity. Overall this is a tough one. It’s intense and fast paced but it also includes weight work that I liked. I enjoy that it’s harder because it’s not just cardio but with strength and muscle training I get that burn into the end of the workout that gets me going! The #summerslamwiththebeast workout I completed on Sunday was Lucky 7. I had to push all these workouts to the weekend not only because I was busy from morning to night on Friday but also because my mom was put into the hospital again due to her blood sugar dropping to 29. They are still doing tests with her but it could have to do with her insulin dosage increasing along with that she’s not eating enough food during the day. The 8 pyramids and 7 exercises was intense! I used 30 pound plates on each side of the bar which was up 10 pounds from last time. Since I work the triceps, shoulders, chest, abs, I’m as pumped as I can be. Finally I completed the Plank Challenge as my bonus choice.
