When someone is giving me an extra attention and unnecessary efforts. . . I really find it uncomfortable, it gives me chills. I don't understand why but it annoys me. "Good morning" texts, midnight calls, sweet gestures, affectionate words, and presents. I can't bear those.

Yeah, I'm a sapiosexual. What I really want are just intelligent conversations, meaningful connection, someone to listen to and think with. I am more interested to talk about the discoveries of Carl Sagan than to discuss my past relationship. Never expect me to return "good morning's", say cheesy words, and be romantic (I don't even know what kind of word is that. LOL). I'm too detached to be romantic.

I dont know. Maybe someday I'll learn to appreciate those stuff but for now, it just gives me discomfort. Call me selfish or even the Heir of Voldemort, but its okay. . Voldemort amuses me. LOL

A Liberating 2014

Year 2014 has been an amazing and wonderful year for me. I learned a lot of things, new perspective, gained new experience, and met a lot of new people. It feels like I'm on a roller coaster ride for the whole year -with lots of ups and downs. Hence, let me write down all remarkable stuff that I can remember.

1. Almost 10 Days of stay in the Island of Boracay with my friends! It's a really new experience for me. Given the fact that my parents won't even allow me to do sleep overs before, it is really liberating to live independently with my friends. It was a fun experience. And yes, it was my first time to ride a plane! Gaah, the view of  the city's skyline at night, it's breathtaking! We also visited Lubang Island which gave us an amazing experience! 

2. I got the grade again to be qualified in the President's Lister in the University. It was really an achievement! ♥ And another medal during the Recognition Day of our College. 

3. I was seen on TV many times this year! WHAHAHA! First, my friends and I joined Eat Bulaga's Pinoy Henyo. Although, we didn't won, it was still a great experience for me! Gaah, my face all over the Philippine TV! Haha that was hilarious! Then lately, I watched ASAP with my friends and we got the chance to participate in one of the show's performance. Well, we were just a background audience in the stage but bruh, the world has seen my presences again! LOL. Plus, I have seen a lot of famous celebrity, some are even face-to-face encounters. The feeling that I am one of them. . HAHAHA. LOL I am just kidding!

4. I got new friends from different parts of the world. Some are from my Teen Art Out family and some are my friends that I met on social sites.  I even met some of them personally! A greeting to a French friend who visited the country lately. Bonjour! :D

5. I was accepted as an Intern at Delta Air Lines. It's like a one step closer to my dream. Moreover, I met a lot of new people again. People that are knowledgeable and experienced in the Airline Industry, and I am learning so much from them in different ways. I even got the chance to visit multi-national companies and encountered not-so ordinary people from different industry. 

6. Getting inclined to arts. This year, I was able to discover my love for arts. I bought art materials which draw me to sketching and painting. It really feels good to find a new way to express my self. Aside from writing and music, painting really helps me to get away from a stressful time.

7. Being engaged to active listening. I think it is the most fulfilling thing that I have done this year. I wasn't paid for being an online therapist or active listener, but when you hear kind words from people that you have helped and supported, and when they say that I made them feel better, that is enough to make my day. 

8. I learned new perspective. After a period of having an existential crisis, little by little, I was able to find an answer (well, not yet the exact answer, but I am getting there). I was able to save myself from the fringe of insanity and absurdity, with the help of a mentor. I think this is what you can get if you try to talk to people that you don't usually encounter everyday. People from different country, with different mother tongue, people on different age,people with different lifestyle, and people on a different religion. This includes a new gained wisdom about humanity. This year was my first time to get a chance to talk to atheists. As I was uplifted on a Catholic ideologies, their ideas are very new to me. At first, I even got shivers on what I'm hearing from them but what I realized is that, it feels liberating to hear and learn new perspective. It might petrify you at first but accepting that they really exist is a let loose. But this doesn't mean that I forgo from my Catholic beliefs, this actually even helped me to strengthen my faith to God. As an existentialist, reaching to people  with different beliefs is a fulfillment. This learned wisdom helps me to get better insights and more accurate validation on things that I'll accept as my own belief and principles. 

There you go! Well, I am not really good in recalling events but I will never forget the feelings they gave me. It was such a liberating 2014! I can say that I am a better person now. Not yet my best version, but it is another step closer in getting where I want to be and becoming what I aim to be. Glory be to God!

So I welcome the year 2015 with love and light, and with peace and release. I endeavor to be more positive this year and to be excited with all the things that this year will offer me. Blessings or challenges it may be, I'll face it with optimism and stronger faith with God. AJA AJA FIGHTING! :)

I feel shit. First of all, I can't write any article. I really feel damned about this. I'm lost at the moment. I feel frustrated that I cant finish a piece. Its just that, I always get lost in the middle of a sentence.

Another, why some people are so extremely fake? Yeah I know that each one of us has a bit of vice deep in ourselves, but come on, why there are some people that are so good in lying and pretending to be someone they're not? There are three kinds of people: the ones who genuinely wants to help; the ones who frankly states that they dont care; and the ones who pretend that they care but they really dont.

Dont look at other people's basket just to check if you have much compare to them but rather look at other people's basket to check if they have enough.

Lastly, I really feel shit for loosen up the guard in my back up brain. Any sort of affection is really bad for my health. Lol
