Immediate Need: I will have to purchase the items needed for the Disability-Inclusive Family Fun Day (which is a free community event but accepts good-will donations as a service dog fundraiser and has a silent auction as a service dog fundraiser) out of my limited Social Security and the few hundred dollars I've managed to save up for the service dog by March 4th, as well as pay for the venue by that date, and I'm still hoping to get some business partners, financial donations, or donations of the items needed for the event before that date. Please donate or like/share this post if you're able to. Donate at https://zekesservicedogfun.wixsite.com/zekesfundraiser or the links listed on the site.
Please share/donate this GoFundMe to help her reach her goal of graduating. She has until Jan. 28th before she could possibly get d*ported if she fails to pay her outstanding tuition balance!
"GOFUNDME UPDATE JANUARY 23RD 2022
I am sorry I haven’t given any updates in a while - I genuinely wanted my next update to be sharing some good news. Words cannot properly convey my gratitude - you all have been instrumental in keeping me sane and supporting me on my GoFundMe journey since September 2020. I still can’t believe that you helped me raise over $20,000, which covered my Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters. Thank you so much again!
After that, I still needed to raise money for the remaining semesters, and I didn’t want to ask you all again as you had already done so much for me. Unfortunately, I was not able to raise enough funds to pay the summer tuition that year, and as a result, my graduation was pushed to May 2022 as opposed to December 2021 as I had initially planned.
I was distraught. I cried for days at the thought of going through this ordeal again for an extra four months, and I still had to figure out where the funds for the Fall semester would come from. Thankfully, a group of amazing friends came through. They organized a date auction in August 2021, and many God-sent people helped me raise about $11,000 for my Fall tuition, which was honestly a dream!
For this final semester, I initially had to raise $16,461, and I tried everything to raise this amount on my own, all to no avail. I applied for numerous scholarships - no response. Tried to get student loans - denied left, right, and center. Applied to many off-campus jobs in addition to my on-campus job - silence. Nothing I tried seemed to be working. Just as I feared, last week, I received an email from my school informing me that they had dropped all my classes (again) just 4 months to graduation.
Around the same time, I was also evicted from my building due to missing rent payments. The hits just kept on coming. By the grace of God, a couple of friends took me in, and my school granted me a tuition waiver worth $10,461 after a lot of pleading and prayer. However, that still left me with about $6,000 to raise (including GoFundMe fees).
To be completely vulnerable, I struggled with coming back here because I don’t want to be a burden to you all, especially because of how generous you have been. You all have carried this matter on your head, shared, and donated what you could, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have you all. So please, believe me when I say that I have tried every last possible means to raise the remaining funds for my education, and this was my final resort.
I am asking you all once again to please help me cross this finish line once and for all. You can donate through the link in my bio or this URL (www.tinyurl.com/roghe). Any amount helps! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for your love, support, and generosity. I’m so close to the finish line, and with your help, I can definitely make it through.
Thank you again, I love you all and God bless you abundantly!"

It’s Ember, Gwen and I lost our jobs this yesterday Sunday, August 26th. To explain, It wasn’t that we made a mistake or did something wrong. Gwen and I, with our mental illness and not having insurance to even go see someone, just couldn’t do it anymore. Long hours, no benefits, bellow low pay for a highly legal job, and obvious transphobia was killing our relationship and we almost broke up. Working together all the time at the same location even almost killed us.
This is the worst time for this situation to happen. We just got temp tags, and have to do an oil change before we get emissions by the end of the month. And we have just started the biggest push of our conversion, putting in the final exterior walls to covered the unused window bays, and purchasing/installing used RV windows. This will cost us about $1,000 usd.
And with the interior already stripped once the outer shell is done we can finish building our home, by installing a subfloor, studs, and all the other really exciting parts of watching your home come together.
We currently have about $1.55 to our name. And we can’t cook food because we are out of propane which is 30$ to refill. And even though we have one paycheck coming in, this Friday it will only cover our bills like insurance, the storage unit, and our phone bill for the next 2 months. Gwen and I 👋 e to find better work with in the next month and have been applying for work like crazy. We are very scared of how everything could fall apart on us so soon.
Please if you have anything you can help with we are trying our best! Our PayPal is [email protected]!
Either or both spouses have to address the very important considerations of: money for the kids, money for the spouse, household bills, and access to the children. These are frequently overlooked and the sooner they are addressed, the sooner the focus can shift to the final resolution of the divorce.
