This is a literal humanitarian crisis on U.S. soil. We shouldn't be arguing about who created it or who is responsible, or whether or not these people should be in our country. They are here, and even prisoners (regardless of citizenship) receive more humane treatment.

Dealing with my Conservative family members is fucking exhausting. Like, how can you not see that putting people in what are basically modern day concentration camps is a fucking human rights violation?! If another country did this to Americans (read: white ones only though), they’d be outraged. But because they’re not white Americans, they deserve to be treated as less than human in their eyes. Disgusting.

Will definitely be cutting some people out of my life needless to say.
