Tumblr won't let me sent messages, soooo here. I'll try to reply to our threads tomorrow, because they're longer and I need time for that. xD Thanks!

Lanterns & Ice Cream | Jackunzel
"Can I help you, mister?"
A little girl, who seemed to be aged about nine or ten, with brown hair and eyes asked from behind the counter. She was barely taller than the counter, but she was tall enough to see who was in front. It was a nervous-looking Jack, and he was looking at the ice cream flavors the store was selling. There was chocolate, double dutch, pistachio, and a lot more; it was hard to decide. He wanted to try all these new flavors. But after distinctly remembering which was Rapunzel's favorite, he decided to go with that one flavor.
"Cookies and cream, please," he said, pointing to a tub inside the freezer. The girl went to get it and right before Jack took it from her, she held her free hand. "Well, you've got to pay for it," she reminded. Oh no, he thought. Money? Who said anything about money? Jack didn't know where to even get any of that. How was he going to pay for the ice cream now? He could imagine the whole day, ruined, just because he didn't have money to buy the ice cream. "Never mind..." He sighed, and turned around and began to walk away.
Almost immediately, the girl called out, "Hey!" and began to run after him. "I was joking! I know who you are! But I never thought I'd actually see you," she explained, handing the tub of ice cream. "Here. You can have it. Thanks for the snow days." Jack, still not fully grasping what just happened, took the tub and got a tight hug from the child. When she finally let go, she looked up at him and smiled. "I think you should go. Busy day ahead of you, Jack Frost," she said and headed back to the store. "Enjoy the ice cream!" And with this, Jack saluted and took off, still speechless. If he could cry without having to turn the tears into--painful--drops of ice, he would.
With a picnic basket on his one hand and his staff on the other, Jack headed to Rapunzel's tower, wondering if she was as excited as him.
