@Life Changing Human Stories While there are many examples of companies that effectively use customer stories for digital marketing to build direct customer connect & share their commitment to the mission i.e. Pantagonia, Starbucks, Dove. However, one industry that has been effectively using customer stories to market the double & triple bottom line are multi lateral agencies & organisations. Perhaps the entire marketing focus is in building visual content of life changing events of customers to generate multi billion dollar endowments, grants & impact funds globally. The fact of the matter is the association of these stories has deep impact and are hugely successful in building massive brands like IFC - World bank group, Women’s World banking, Leapfrog, Omidyaar.. . Even with reader’s or viewer’s who are not direct consumers or audience of such organisations, the emotional connect & trust is developed just by consuming real life stories on various digital platforms.
