I did 💕🤭 I've been sick with adoration for Butterfly, but secretly obsessed with Prey that I was working on both at the same time, then I had a night or two of just drowning in Prey degeneracy 😂so I'm sitting on one complete chapter, one 80% complete and a smooth 65% I think, maybe closer to 50 🤔but they all go together so well I don't wanna release one without the other 🤭

Alright so the upcoming Tumblr update is just about the worst thing I’ve ever heard of. Will I still be able to put the fics I’m sporking in blockquotes? Who knows. I’ve still got some things in the queue (daily sporks until Saturday, basically) so I’ll still let them post, and hopefully they won’t turn into a horrible clusterfuck due to staff‘s incompetence.

Worst case scenario? I head back to LiveJournal and revitalize airey_kun. Or maybe just straight up remake. I don’t know yet. I came from LiveJournal to Tumblr because LJ kept eating my coding, but if we start having blockquote issues, I will gladly go back. Unless anyone knows of another site we could use. I’ve considered Dreamwidth before, but I never signed up for it. At any rate, I’ll leave a link/not take this blog down if I have to move sites.

And yes, if the sporkings uploaded on here end up being unreadable, I will move them over to LJ. I’ll probably also keep the spork directory updated. Might even continue posting bad fanart and whatnot, but sporkings? I’m not giving up on them, no matter what this godforsaken coding nightmare of a site does to us.

You’re so cute! :) I’m about to start the last read-through/proofread, which will take a wee while, and I’ve got a pesky midday class in-between, but I’m aiming for no later than 7pm CST and hopefully much earlier. I really, REALLY hope you enjoy it.

To be honest, I’m pretty excited about this one myself. Lots of things I’ve been wanting to share (bridal braids, a certain bedtime story, possibly my favorite Katniss dream sequence ever) for a long time - and a positive glut of Everlark. :D

Hello dear. Hope you're doing well. I've been anxiously awaiting today to see if you'll be posting the new chapter. This week dragged on so slowly waiting for this day. No pressure or anything. ;) Just curious when you think you might be ready, so I can prepare myself and clear my schedule. :)

Good morning, dear! I woke up to this message and it made me giggle. :) I’m planning on an evening update (7ishpm CST) but am really hoping to post earlier. All the editing is done, I just need to do a last proofread/read-through and I only have one short class today (11-1) so it could possibly even be up this afternoon.

This may not mean anything to you (or anyone but me, for that matter) but my first thought upon waking this morning was, “Today’s the day!” :) I’m really excited to share this chapter and hope it lives up to expectations! (Although I feel a strange need to apologize for how much Everlark there is. It’s ridiculous!)

P.S. I owe you a major email, sweetheart. <3 Sorry things have been so crazy on my end.

66 pages...48,000(ish) words... A ridiculous amount of polishing and general clean-up yet to come, but, um............I might be looking at a completed draft of Chapter 13.

There’s a dream sequence (possibly my favorite thus far). There’s a bedtime story. There are mini pies.

Also, I don’t think Everlark have ever spent this much of a (WtM) chapter together. 

What if they’re boring when they finally start spending quality time in each other’s presence? Or nauseatingly corny/cheesy?? Or just plain annoying???
