Poster 26, 2015. One of my favorite things to render are helmets from any Star Wars character. They’re so iconic and well-designed that it becomes an educational experience studying how the shapes all come together. I was tasked with creating a series of gig posters for classic Star Wars characters. Half the fun was coming up with the names of the “bands” and the poster copy. Imperial Teen initially inspired this “Imperial Pilot” poster but then it kinda took a left turn and went into a Blink-182 direction.
