Jimmy, Impulse, Skizz, Tango, and BigB are probable the least morally grey out of everyone in all the death games. Granted they're still a few steps too far from normal human going about their day morally gray by virtue of being in a death game(and lets be fair, everyone's gonna be some shade of fucked morally gray in a death game), but they may just be the least fucked.
(And I will admit to being wrong if I am. I have terrible memory and I don't always watch everything from everyone.)
Hmm this is a really interesting thought, to try and deduce who the least morally grey players are. In trying to write this post I've struggled to cement what exactly makes one morally grey and I'm not particularly concerned about it as as you said, everyone is guilty to some degree just by virtue of the circumstances alone, but it's fun to think about
Impulse is a fun case because I think he is very morally dubious, it's just that everyone around him happens to be even moreso, so he seems much more innocent in comparison. I think there's a lot of interest to talk about him tough, the way his goal in 3L was to be a little nice to everyone in order to not be the enemy of anyone, the contempt he builds up in DL etc. He's very well mannered on the surface but he tends to hold onto grudges and is rather selfish imo. I'm not an Impulse girlie though so I have no real analysis to offer on him but. He's definitely an interesting case that I think gets overlooked
Skizz is very self assured and has said that he only harms those who he thinks deserve it but ultimately doesn't tend to be very successful in harming anyone regardless. Although he acts on purely personal judgement, he's also willing to put his grudges aside for a moment of calm and appreciation, but he has also justified doing wrong by people that imo haven't deserved it, eg the whole "Bad Boys are bullies" bit that I forgot about. I originally agreed with you but Liauditore made a good addition in the comments so I'm editing this as addendum. I think I was just wrong lol
BigB lives in his own World, more often than not spending time alone or merely watching, and acts almost exclusively out of personal interest and judgement. He's kinda similar to Impulse in that, but Impulse plays into the social dynamics to turn them in his favor while BigB is kind of just trying to survive. The one notable contrary moment of course being his kill on Cleo in LL but he was admittedly very distressed and desperate
Jimmy and Tango I could definitely see as on the lower end of morally grey? Tango especially. I thiink Mumbo might be as well but I'm not a Mumbo girlie either so I'm not sure at all lol.
