Detective Rhodes and Miss Potts //Closed

Pepper secretly enjoyed magic. She knew it was all for show of course, it wasn't real. Magic is how you trick the mind into seeing what the magicians want you to see. She still enjoys the show though. It was fun even if she knew that it was just special effects. 

She flipped the channels after the news story about the four horsemen was over. "Maybe SHIELD should talk to them about the Avengers initiative." she thought with a smile upon her lips, getting up from her desk. It was lunch time and she liked going to the local coffee shop down a few blocks. It gave her a feeling of normalcy in a way. 

"I would like one cup of coffee please and a chicken sandwich." she ordered her usual, heading to her regular table after she got her coffee and lunch. She had this routine so down it's sad. 

What she didn't expect for her fingers to loosen, making her coffee hit the ground with a nice spill afterwards. 

"Oh God, I'm so sorry," she said, looking up at the man, her coffee had splattered  all over his pants.

Real Magic

    x——Alyx smiled as she hung up the phone and texted him the address of a relatively small, abandoned water park. Thankfully, the pools still held water from all the rain they'd been getting lately. Even without that water, though, she'd still be able to perform her tricks. The girl shed her jacket and slipped into the shallowest pool, with the water only coming up to below her knees. And then she waited.

Everybody has a dark side || Ivory x Dylan

Ivory had no idea what the hell she was still doing in the office at 1 AM on a Friday. She should be out having a good time or something but no. Here she was tuck at work writing up damned reports.

Rubbing her eyes and pushing back from her desk, she decided that she would finish the reports from home. Raising from her chair, she stretched before a mall sliver of light caught her eye. It was coming from Dylans office. What was he still doing there?

Quietly approaching his office, she peaked through the crack to see him sitting at his desk, leaned forward with his elbows on his desk and a dark expression on his face. It made her shudder, she had never know Dylan to look so...Sinister.
