I self harmed today and I’ve been clean for 6+ years now... I don’t know how to tell my bf.... I’m really scared of where my mental state is

You know it's ganna happen soon... Your phone stops lighting up with their name on the screen and the late night phone calls and video calls stop. Seeing their face from every day to every once in a while to not at all. It's ganna happen soon... When they leave you and start their own life. What your left with are the memories of their smile, touch, and laugh. But what happens when you can't remember anymore. It's ganna happen might as well let it.
