Yoite from Nabari no Ou is canonically intersex!

The word "intersex" itself isn't used nor is his variation or traits specified, and he is referred to as male in both the anime & manga. It is certain however he lived his life uncertain of his gender and who he is, he was planned to be named "Sora" in the expectation he would be a girl, and his mother had died in childbirth and unfortunately his family blamed her death on him and attempted to kill Yoite when he was fourteen, due to their superstitions he was an "angel of death".
