[kevin] | can you carry it with no regrets?
It's been a couple of weeks now and he's been avoiding pretty much everyone-- he just hasn't wanted to be near anyone. He'd slipped up on all types of research and hunts that he had had planned and just simply seemed to vanish into the thin walls of his apartment complex. He could be seen on his better days out getting groceries for the week and then disappearing all over again. Sometimes even, he'd log on and play a few games of CounterStrike and blow everyone off, even if they ended up being on the same team.
Aleks is pretty sure that someone-- more specifically Kevin-- had finally gotten a little annoyed with him and took matters into their own hands. Which is what begins with knocking on his door at an ungodly hour in the morning-- noon, really, so not as bad as he would have thought but still bad enough. He's tempted not to answer and he almost doesn't get up to do so. He doesn't want to see anyone or talk to anyone, considering he barely even wants to go to the office and see people there, in the fear that people are going to ask too many questions.
He's become solitary but he's been working through it on his own, just what he's always been good at since his mother's death and the move to America. It's not one of his best methods of dealing with things but he's feeling particularly better so he actually does get up. He actually does answer the door, not bothering to check the peephole for once, eyebrow raised in question. He'd abandoned his game of DOTA to see what were actually going on and what this had been about but he likely gets a good idea as he leaves the door open, an invitation to just come on in.
He forfeits his match and shuts his screen off, not wanting to bother much more with it because it's too much of a hassle and takes too long in his eyes. Aleks feels almost small again, as though he'd been doing things for the most ridiculous of reasons, but he's honestly feeling more like himself than anything else for once.
"Hi."
steven is the adultiest adult that ever adulted what are you on about
I want the K.
5. Firm kiss
See, these are the kinds of things he does, simply as a spur of the moment type thing. The kind of things that's completely regretted roght after.
Manages to catch him when he pauses, talking about something, Steven mostly lost interest. He takes the other's face in his hands and leans forward, pressing their lips together. It's not quick and it's not long, like it's not a shy little thing. One hand drops after a second before he completely pulls away, almost acting like it didn't even happen.
Almost. Steven's still awkward.
Kevin somehow ends up laughing at him anyways。
But it's the 'you're so fucking stupid and cute' type of laugh。
I want the K
12; chest kiss
Something about Kevin's, and getting hurt.
Though this time, Seamus looks fairly annoyed. Like, avoidable injury, anyone? Presses the bandage gently across his chest, dropping his hands into his lap. Stupid thing, seriously. Hears Kevin chuckle, and a hand is in his hair. Just, stroking it, calming his rage.
"My own personal rain cloud, huh?" The half-Asian jokes, and he sounds affectionate. Hmm. Soothes the rest of his ire, staring up at him before leaning in and kissing the bandage.
"You're stupid."

[kevin] | Spent the Night Out On a Hill
Aleks isn't really sure why he's out here or why he's out here alone-- it's been dangerous since the turn of events. The events that changed his life almost too dramatically and he became one of the outcasts-- the only outcast that he knew of in the YouTuber nation, unfortunately, even. He'd told his closest friends his own secret and had been quickly removed from the Creatures, told his mutation wasn't necessary in the group and gave them a terrible reputation. He figured as much, he already knew even, because many were being dumped from house and home, so why should work be any different?
It wasn't.
And that's why, that's why he knew his walk at three in the morning were a terrible idea because he never really knew what to expect or if they'd told anyone else. He trusted them, sure, but did they trust him enough, know him well enough, to not betray him behind his back? Aleks honestly couldn't say but he could hope-- he could hold onto to hope that they trusted him and would let him live in his own bubble for the rest of his life because there would be no going back after this.
He hadn't talked to his mentor in ages, either, which made him that much more on edge this evening, especially considering how things had gone with The Creatures. Aleks had considered going immediately into the Gatlinburg backwoods like the others had but he needed-- he needed to be in a city and surrounded by sunlight and people, not hiding out somewhere unknown to him.
So he continued to walk and he didn't know how far he got until he realized he were almost in the downtown sector of the city. A place he never really wanted to be after dark because he could hear the yells and whoops of other people but beyond that, he knew there would be others like him hiding at this time of night. There would be no one to help him out if he were to ever be in danger and that put him even more edge-- there would be on one to save his sorry ass if he got in trouble or someone knew and ratted him out.
Aleks would be utterly alone, and while not defenseless because the darkness had become his natural element, it meant he could be easily thrown down by light bright enough.
"Fuck." He muttered but kept pushing on, keeping his eyes and ears open.
