Hetalian Cupid Event - Serenade

Light filtered through the curtain where Gabriel sat on the couch, guitar in hand. He played a few chords, waiting for his boyfriend to return home. He heard the garage door opening so Gabriel stopped playing and waited for Lars to enter the bedroom. He did, after several long minutes. Lars raised an eyebrow, waiting for Gabriel to speak but spoke instead when Gabriel turned his focus on the guitar.

“And what are you doing in my house?”

“That’s rude, normally people give their guests something to drink.” “You are on my couch, in my room, in my house without saying you were coming over.” “Call the couch what it is; It’s the weed couch, we smoke weed on this couch because you don’t want to on your bed. Anyways be quiet, I have something for you.”

Lars looked as if he had something to say, but was cut off by Gabriel playing the guitar. He listened as the other man sang a song in his language. Lars sighed quietly, this was the exact type of thing that Gabriel would do. Eventually the song faded out, and so did the singing. Gabriel looked at, expecting something. Lars stared right back, waiting for Gabriel to speak.

“Did you like the song?””

“Sure.”

“What does sure mean here?”

Lars sighed again, “Yes, I liked it… You still haven't told me what you’re doing here.”

“That’s not important.” Lars just shook his head and muttered something under his breath. Gabriel counted this as win.
