[[Definitely an 'or'! Skaven are a race of ratmen(ratkin or children of the great horned rat) from Warhammer! [ you can read this or look at this 54-second memey lore dump!~]] They bring death, plague, ruin, and anguish where ever they go. If anyone needed a picture of a race that's a blight to the land, it'll be skaven. In a world where everyone is just finding out how to use gunpowder, skaven are already making nukes called 'doomrockets' with the power of warpstone. A chaos condensed material that's as dangerous as Uranium 235(if not more maybe?), with their untrusting and scheming nature towards others and themselves it doesn't really take much for them to go to war with the use of things like that. I know I make it seem like they mastered it, but they haven't. All their weapons really don't work all the time. Like Skaven ratling guns fail on them and blow up in their faces more times than naught! If they weren't trying to backstab each other and coordinated well, they'd actually be more dangerous and able to take over what they want to take over. Skaven are like kobolds if they only cared about themselves and their own clan(s) while absolutely hating the dragon(and others) that's near them. Will only work for warpstone, war crimes, and the occasional slave. Surprisingly intelligent enough to plan war tactics or send assassins out to kill-kill peeps who won't keep their race a secret. And for flavor as a big middle finger to everyone, they'll mine up all gold just because they can even if they don't need it! ]]
