Dear Friends You may or may not know that on 6th July 2017 I will be trekking the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu in Peru in to raise funds in support of the charity "Friends of Kera" (www.friendsofkera.com), UK registered charity registered No 1144092, that provide help for Disadvantaged Children. The charity provides Wheel chairs, Hearing aids, Braille for visual impaired & organises sports events to bring children together and create awareness of their needs. We are fortunate to have had many opportunities made available to us, but there are children in the world that do not have this luxury. This has encouraged me to contribute in a way that would significantly help under privileged children, through “Friends of Kera” charity. Some recent work that Friends of Kera has carried out to improve the lives for the poor and needy Children in various parts of the world include: * Completion of a school for the blind * Refurbishment project in Moshi, Tanzania * Supporting The Gideon’s Orphans, an orphanage in Kenya * Monthly direct debit donations towards UK children's charities (Save The Children and Great Ormond Street Hospital) FOK truly does remarkable service with whatever funds they have. Your support of generous donations will have a big impact on improving the lives of Disadvantaged Children.
