my thoughts at work lately have been: 

“oh fuck im so slow”

“fuck i suck”

“shit i keep zoning out stop it” 

“pleasedontaskmetocookpleasedontaskmetocookpleasedontaskmeto- f u c k” 

“why do i keep forgetting what im supposed to doing while being halfway done with the thing im doing” 

“they’re gonna fire me for being so slow at this, shit”

 *tries to go faster, ends up creating a bigger more confused mess*

“i really should know where all the plates go by now but i don’t” 

“i could ask for help OR i could struggle for 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do by myself” 

*chooses to struggle then gets asked why i didn’t ask for help* 

*pride too big to ask for help, even if in a constant state of confusion* 

*keeps getting asked to do things and always accepts, even if i don’t have the time to do it* 

*has to take a break for 10 minutes to stop a panic attack from happening*
