The inclusive woman 🌸 I remember walking into a church, after just returning to faith and not feeling like I was connecting with anyone, feeling like I was an outsider. It took me ages to finally get connected in. Now looking back, I’ve realised that those moments of feeling disconnected are now what motivate me to make others feel included. What a show of love to put aside your time, your phone, your comfort, the chat with that attractive guy at church, whatever is going on in your world and make the effort to talk to someone, include someone. Looking back on those baby Christian stages, there were moments when I felt like giving up and just going home. I never want another person to feel that way, that’s not what Christianity is about. Love God, love others. Think about the eternal perspective. If I wasn’t invited to go to Charlestown Square to hang with a group of people after Church one night, I may never have made godly friends, I may never have embarked on a journey of discovering God, I could have just given up and fallen away again. So, be eternally minded in all that you do, forsake your time, let your food go cold, step up and let Christ shine through you. Someone’s journey may depend on it. Yes it’s scary but we are all awkward humans trying to do this thing called life and what matters is that you try. Be inclusive, be loving, show Gods love to others, remember why you want to be inclusive, let your past experiences fuel you and make you passionate! Hope this has encouraged someone, Bless you ladies 🌸 Colossians 3:2 “Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth” #biblicalwomen #growingeveryday #lifeisajourney #eternalperspective #includingothers #lovingothers https://www.instagram.com/p/Bq94UktHn7_/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1j6e177tvfelt
