In Street Fighter: The Movie, if you hit an opponent as soon as they throw a fireball in the wrong direction, the fireball turns around.
Balrog can reflect projectiles in this game, and reflecting these backwards fireballs does not fix their orientation.
Also, hadokens can be aimed up and down for whatever reason. Why not.
