Tutorial for creating a dropdown menu for InDesign Publish Online that opens on roll over and closes on roll off, for a better user experience.

I wanted to figure this out for myself and didn’t find a good tutorial. So after some trial and error I figured it out, and made this so I don’t forget how, lol. Figured might be useful to other people as well. :3
