Delta
One of Dottore’s segments, estimated age: 26-30. Delta is one of the calmer segments, though still quite unhinged in his own right. He doesn’t snap as quickly as most of his counterparts and usually doesn’t involve himself in situations he isn’t needed.
Delta is responsible for monitoring the health and changes of S-9 to S-14, keeping a detailed folder on each of them. Unlike Dottore himself, Delta refers to them as “patients” rather than “subjects” though he personally cares about them just as little. The only exception seems to be S-12, who he seems to be quite fond of. A visual of Delta can be found here.
