Dating: Surprise, Surprise

I followed up w/ Indian Boy today about going to dinner this week (he said he would take me out). After spending $100 on me the other night, I'm not surprised at all that he's not responding to me about the dinner he promised. 🙄 I've heard about this cheapness so I knew he would ghost.

He clearly got ahead of himself when he promised the dinner date. Now, after our unscheduled date 2 nights ago, he doesn't want to spend the money again on me so soon. These jokes write themselves.

I'm glad I texted him about dinner tomorrow because I now know exactly how to treat him when I run into him at the next networking event. And he is nearly in all my networking subgroups so I'll definitely see him again.

It feels good not accepting the bare minimum...
