LOKHHI PUJO RANNA Today is Lakshmi puja celebrated joyously around Eastern part of India, mainly Odisha , West Bengal and whole of North east India. As I have office on weekdays and couldn’t do the bhog today, I’m doing it on this Saturday. In collaboration with @conoshofficial I’m trying to replicate what my mom usually makes as puja bhog. Everything is without onion garlic and equally very delicious. Khechudi with the Ghanttaw Tarkari also known as Labda among Bengalis. Coupling it with Tomato Chatney with kaju Kishmish, Aam papad and khajur. Not to forget the Baigani/Beguni which is a must with Khichuri. Adding sweetness to the whole thali is the Gur’er Payesh.
